I got to the final round interview, but 5 minutes before it they told me I did not meet eligibility requirements because of Master's sponsorship issue (after several months of the application process). They gave me another opportunity to interview with another team but never got back to me with any result.

Interview
I first submitted an online application which included 3 x essays style questions, CV and psychometric test. After about 2 weeks I was invited to the assessment centre day in London where the following happened: General introduction, group exercise/ discussion, observed networking over lunch and individual interview (5 min presentation then 25 mins of questions). It was a well organised day and a positive experience. Waiting to hear back re offers.
