I applied on LinkedIn, and was contacted by an external recruiter. After a 15 minute phone screen with her, I was invited to an hour long interview with 2 employees that only ended up taking 20 mins. I progressed to the final round where I spoke with an executive. All interviews were conversational and focused on experience, skills, and behavioral components. However, I didn't hear back for a month and had to call, only be told that they had selected another candidate. Although the interview process was good, the fact that I wasn't told that they had picked another candidate really irked me.
