Interview
Interview process was very laid back. They did not ask the typical interview questions. It was very personable and sometimes personal questions were asked. Very professional business and extremely friendly environment. I had to go through 3 different interviews and they wanted me to go in a fourth. That being said the process was very drawn out for close to a month and I didn't get the job. Was disappointed would have loved the opportunity.

One of the interviewer asked personal questions related to my relationship status, and the location that I lived.
Other typical interview questions were asked such as: tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer experience and how did you handle it.
