Initial interview was over the phone with the HR Manager. She wanted me to go over my resume with her. She explained what they were looking for in the position and that she would pass along the notes she took from our phone interview to the hiring manager of the accounting department to see if they wanted to bring me in for an in person interview. Second interview was at their office. Spent approx. 30 minutes with the HR Manager and Assistant Manager and then another 30 minutes with the Assistant Controller.
