Saudi German Hospitals Group interview questions

3 doctors interviewed me, First by introducing myself then A case scenario about diabetic patient management, breaking bad news, counseling other medical questions. It needs preparation and knowledge. Previous work experiences especially in Saudi Arabia.

Unprofessional and Disorganized Hiring Process: I applied for the position in SGH MEAHCO and was contacted for an interview in Cairo with the department Sectioned Head. I traveled for the interview, but upon arrival, I was kept waiting for a long time. Eventually, HR informed me that the manager was unavailable and unreachable, so I would be interviewed by the supervisors instead. The interview with the supervisors went well, and I received positive feedback. Afterward, I tried multiple times to follow up with the HR about the next steps, but she never responded. When I reached out to one of the supervisors, I was told they were still selecting candidates and would get back to me. However, I noticed that they kept reposting the same job listing every week without hiring anyone. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience, resulting in wasted time and effort. I would not recommend applying here.
