Fairly long, complicated and non-transparent interview process. First interview via Internet that took place in November. 2nd Panel interview in January in London. I was told I will be told about outcomes within 2 weeks. Eventually, the job requisition was cancelled after 2 weeks of the interview and the whole process ended without any conclusion. Coming back to the panel interview: it was fairly easy with questions to check experience and understanding of the Lean concept. Also a small case study was handed to me in the interview and some questions were asked based on scenarios explained in the case study.
