I had an interview with ARAMCO last year for entry level Engineer IV. There were three interviewers from the same department. The interview went so good but I got rejected 5 days after the interview.
Basic CV walkthrough, talked about capstone / graduation project, tested aptitude for working in remote location upon need. No tricky HR questions. Technical focused questions. very friendly. two from hiring organization one from HR.

Interview
Started with the famous question (tell me about yourself), then it started to get serious with the technical questions. at the end, they started to explain to talk about the company and job responsibilities.
