Satellite Country interview questions

I found this job online. After submitting my resume, a recruiter was on the other end of my phone within less than 24 hours. My interview was scheduled for same day (because I was available) which was nice. It was a little hard to see the building that the company is in because it's not right up next to the street due to the front area parking. The company was very inviting. I was greeted by a receptionist and then called up for the interview. The initial interviews seem to happen in group settings, then if it feels like a mutual beneficial fit, a second round interview is scheduled which includes getting acquainted with management and staff as well as the tour of the facility. They run a background check that takes about a week to get results back for, however, they do and will hire people with certain backgrounds.
