There was an online interview. The interview lasted about 60 minutes. I would have to say that that position description did not match the interview. I think it would be beneficial for them to really invest their time in ensuring that these two aspects of the selection process line-up.

One informal interview with two team members. Seemed to be looking for experience and fit with organization values. Some situational questions but mostly asking about past experience in previous positions.
