One interview involving discipline lead and manager. Mostly talked about the company and the work they currently do. Asked a few questions about my education and experience. It lasted about an hour and overall had a relaxed vibe.

Interview
One and done process. You meet with 4 people; the hr manager, a new engineer, and two discipline leaders. I thought I killed it and was confident I would get the job, but I got ghosted after doing a 3 hour interview process, which was disappointing because I really liked the role and the company.

Interview
Applied online a few months before seeing them at career fair. Met the lady at career fair and talked to her for about 10 minutes. Gave her my resume. Heard nothing for about 2 weeks, then got a call for a personal interview. The interview will take up the entire day.
