I applied online. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was a lengthy 3 hours but went by quick. First, there was an email from the recruiting/HR team asking about my availability. Rather than multiple interviews/calls on different dates, it was one long interview via Teams and included 3-4 30 min to 1 hour conversations with different team members from the department. Each asked varying questions that were about me and my skills/knowledge as well has behavioral, situational and question about what I knew about the company. All were extremely professional and happy to answer my questions. And HR rep started and ended the process explaining benefits, next steps, etc.

Interview
Everyone I spoke with during the interview process was extremely knowledgeable in their role and represented S&L with utmost poise and professionalism. The company schedules interviews in a "one and done" format, so you will have a 2-hour interview where you will meet with about 4-5 current employees. Although it is long, it is nice to get the entire interview process out of the way in one step. Overall it was a great experience and allowed me to get a better feel for the team culture in one step.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interviewing with S&L was seamless! I applied online through LinkedIn and the process took about 2 weeks. The job posting was clear, intriguing, and informative. Within 48 hours I heard back from the recruitment team and had an interview scheduled for the next week. My initial interview was one and done and took about 2.5 hours. I love this approach because I got to meet all members of the team at once instead of meeting with various people over time. Two weeks later I was extended an offer. Everyone who was a part of the interview process was engaging, kind, and informative! I felt comfortable during my interview, and I was excited to hear what the next steps would be.
