Sapiens Project Manager interview questions

Sapiens would do the interview, go silent for weeks until all of a sudden you will hear from the recruiter for the next round. No clarity on the number of rounds. Even the HR round is more like a work interview over behavioral. There is only 1 way communication. Recruiter will never answer or reply to your email. After 5 rounds and post confirmation on agreed salary, Sapiens never showed up with an offer. Complete waste of time. I would expect some courtesy to at the least send a thank you email when not going forward with candidacy.
