- online coding assessment (2 coding questions, 15 C++ multiple choice questions, 7 logical questions) - 1.5 hours
- Technical round (45 minutes)
- Techno Managerial round (35 minutes) - Did not clear this round.

Question 1
1. Shallow VS Deep Copy. Implement Deep Copy.
2. Virtual Destructor, order of destructors called in Inheritance
3. Run-time Polymorphism, Virtual Functions
4. Assignment Operator Overloading
5. Typecasting in C++
6. Reverse a Linked List (between 2 intervals)
7. Basic Linux commands - copy, change directory
8. Basic knowledge of Lambda Expression
The first interview was with a disinterested HR person who seemed to know nothing about the role.
The second interview was a timed, on-screen quiz using something called CoreSuiteLP, which required my webcam to be on.
The questions were complete rubbish; a few basic C/C++ questions from 30 years ago, followed by questions about SQL, even though I said I was not a SQL developer, and then gotcha-style IQ logic puzzles involving shapes, chickens and weights!
I aborted the test because it was waste of my time and because any company that treats candidates like this is not one I want to work for.
