I me with a technical member of a staff and a senior team leader. They were very vague in what they were looking for and what the role would be doing day to day. They had only a few questions relating directly to work they had currently in the field and asked for me to relate this back to my past experience. The rest of the interview was casual chit chat. Overall I felt that the interview went well although at the time, I was left with the impression that I wasn’t what they were looking for and perhaps they didn’t know what they were looking for either. A week later I accepted the position and started straight away. The company was great to work for despite an odd management structure.
