2. Assessment centre: case study and interview: depending on position technical questions (but fairly simple) with senior level employee from that specific division you applied to, motivational, bevhavioural questions,

First round behavioral interview, no technicals at all but i know some interviewers did technicals. Questions were very basic. They asked what was your greatest accomplishment outside of academics, Walk me through your resume, why Santander CIB, Etc.
