Initially had a phone interview with basic behavioral question, then I was invited to interview at their downtown office where I met with my hiring manager and the VP of the department. They went through my resume asking about my experience at my previous jobs. They also focused on my extracurricular activities. They were trying to get to know me better as an individual and how I would fit within the company. The one on one interview was very relaxed, more of a conversation than an interview. About two weeks later I was called back with an offer and then the recruiters were very good about keeping in touch throughout the on-boarding process.
