I applied for the tech up program around april 2020.
Did all the process hr and technical an meeting with a project manager.
Waited a long time for an answer and had my school manager contact them when they said i got accepted until they replied saying i was moved to another post in cib area where i had the whole process over again until i got my rejection letter

Quick 15 minutes phone call, 1hr technical stage (no live coding, theoretical questions). You can expect questions regarding SQL (you have to tell what displayed query will do), designing databases, JavaScript and TypeScript questions
Single round interview. 30 minutes call with questions around my technical knowledge and ability to work in an startup environment. Friendly interviewers. Got an offer shortly after the call and accepted on that evening.

Un poco largo, tres entrevistas. Primera con RRHH, y una rápida prueba de Inglés; Segunda con el equipo del proyecto, técnica pero bastante distendida (al menos en mi caso), con alguna pregunta técnica pero bastante básica; tercera de nuevo con otra persona de RRHH, bastante larga y preguntas personales, alguna un poco fuera de lugar.
