Phone interview then met with DE, offer is very low, you should definitely negotiate based upon experience. Phone interview about 40 minutes. Took about a month and a half to get offer in writing.

The interview was simple and straight forward. Did not feel it was challenging enough. However, it seemed it is a good atmosphere to work in. I can see the people who worked there enjoy the company.
