I had a short phone screen with HR, where they asked some background questions and a risk question. I had a final round with two senior members of the team - one being the hiring manager.

Question 1
It was a competency based interview that lasted for an hour. I was asked to: 1) Describe a time I helped a team that was not a part of my immediate business area; 2) Pitch them (my interviewers) an idea; 3) What risks arise in the team's activities and how would I mitigate the risks?
