I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Santander (Boston, MA)
Interview
I was phone screened in August, no response for several weeks even though I was told there would be a timely response. In the Fall, I was contacted to come in and interview from out of state, at my own expense. Interviewed separately with three senior guys, mostly conversational about the role, its expectations and my background. Interview was low stress and seemed to flow well. Afterwards, 2 + months into the process, HR never followed-up, even to tell me "No". Very disappointing HR handling for such a sophisticated organization.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Santander (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Aug 2023
Interview
Simples, porém só ocorre se alguém indicar. Processo seletivo pela internet parece não funcionar, nunca obtive retorno desta forma e nem conheço ngm que tenha tido. Também não obtive retorno após entrevista.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Santiago) in Mar 2012
Interview
They call me by telephone first, asking many questions about my background and education. Then they call me for a meeting with the Attorney in charge of the litigation department. I went to an interview at their offices, where two lawyers asked me for my education and experience, and about my previous clients. They asked also about the availability to solve problems fast and for working under pressure. In general, it was a good interview, all the people were nice.
