-Interview was smooth and people on the panel were very considerate and helpful -Recruiter was ready to answer any question -Santander was fast with background check and very responsive -They got back to me same week and knew what they want

The first round was with the hiring manager, and the other was with the department head. Questions were about team-fitting, professional knowledge of risk management, and analytical thinking skills. There was no round testing technical skills. In general, the process was quite fast, lasting only more than two weeks.
