You send your resume in and they get back with you by email. Then you set up a zoom interview and usually it’s one person or another. They email you later to let you know if you got the job.

The interview was done over Skype. it was calm, fair pretty straightforward. your resume, particularly your experience with children and different skill set will be basically be the towering precedent that the interview will move towards.
