I applied for a job application through the recruitment tab on the official website. When I applied for this position, I received a call the next morning from HR team to set a schedule for a job interview. (I applied original content-video producer role, but they suggested me branded content-video producer role considering my portfolio, which includes experiences associated with advertising, and I accepted) So I participated in the following processes. 1) Apply -> 2) Job Interview -> 3) Practical Assessment (Making a logical proposal for a virtual client by choosing relevant influencers that the company collaborative with exclusively) -> 4) Job Offer I had several works to show them at the time, So that's why it seemed they skipped the process to prove my video editing ability. (The team needed not only video editing skills, but also a keen understanding of branding, and client requirements, or something like that. That's why they suggested me to switching my position at the first step.) I had no experience with a regular position at the time, which meant This was my first regular job at the time. That's why I could skip the job interview process with executives.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions range from very general to specific areas. I'm the type of person who isn't afraid of the interview process, so that's why I could have a job interview in a confident manner. But I think overall questions were not that easy to answer if you don't have solid self-awareness and your own philosophy.
