Email from HR screener, then phone call with basic screening questions. 1 week later Microsoft Teams video interview with the director of IT. Then 1 week later Microsoft Teams video interview with the COO. 18 days later received a generic letter of decline, no specific reasons listed.
It should be mentioned that during this process I got an impression that there was a lot of re-calibration on their end internally. It was suggested that I would have to go to Indy for 2 weeks for training as well, and then 1 week per quarter. So this was a hybrid role, not remote :/
