The entire process felt highly undisciplined right from the start. My first scheduled interview was abruptly canceled at the very last minute and pushed to another day, which shows a complete lack of respect for candidates' time.
During the rescheduled interview, I met with the CEO. I was asked to provide an example of a business development initiative I had executed. Even though I provided a very clear, concrete, and practical application example, the CEO was dismissive and claimed it didn't fully meet what they were looking for. The overall business management felt very disorganized and rigid. Honestly, seeing how they operate from the inside, I am very glad this opportunity did not work out.
It was just an initial HR interview. They provided general information about the position, the company structure, and the hiring process. They also asked about my career goals, motivation, and interest in the company. Overall, it was a clear and positive conversation.
