Its all waste of time, I had a job offer in hand and HR said that they will match as of now if I performed well in interviews they will give more than current offer. I performed well in all interview rounds and I was left with only a day of notice, later they started bargaining and they couldn’t even match the current offer, so unprofessional. They hung the call when they couldn’t match the offer even without proper note. My advice is to not attend any interviews from such organisation.
