The interview process with Samsara was honestly such a great experience. From my first interaction with Jess (the recruiter) to meeting the hiring manager and my potential teammates, they were all warm and welcoming interactions. Jess was amazing at keeping me up to date on the process, answering all my questions and she NEVER left my hanging. If she said she was going to have an update to me by EOW, she made sure she did! The interview process was quick, seamless and not complicated at all. I conducted a presentation as part of my interview process and the hiring manager paid attention the entire time, asked questions and was genuinely interested in my presentation. The rest of the group that I interviewed with was super friendly and open about their roles, the position I was interviewing for and the company. I really enjoyed the interview process and I can’t wait to start working for the company!

Even though I didn't receive an offer, I was so impressed by Samsara from start to finish. I was actually recruited for a different role that wasn't a good fit, and a different recruiter reached out for a better role. The phone screen was great, spoke with the hiring manager the very next day, and had an onsite the following week. The process was extremely quick and wonderful. I can't say enough about the recruiting team. Their communication was clear, quick, and thoughtful. They made me feel like an individual, rather than just another applicant. I can't say enough good things about them. If they're any indication of the broader organization, it's probably a stellar place to work.
