Initial recruiter conversation - very cordial and informative. Unfortunately, they didn't share any feedback post technical phone screen, which was a real bummer since I thought I did well.
Technical phone screen - I've been on both ends on an interview process and I felt the interviewer on the other side had never been trained to screen candidates.
It was an easy problem and being one of my 1st technical phone screens in over 2 years, my nerves were not helping. Anyway, the interviewer was a few months into the company and I asked him about his experience and insights he could give me about the team. I didn't really get anything constructive out of it.
I honestly still wonder to this day, whether I was rejected because I made the interviewer uncomfortable with my questions?
