Interview
I submitted a resume and cover letter online through their website which clearly stated an opening for the post. I mailed their careers page, received a positive reply from their CFO asking me to answer a few questions about my future plans, motivation to apply, expected CTC, and so on. The questions seemed repetitive because I had already mentioned these things in my cover letter. I guess they never took a look at it.
I mailed them the info and was asked upfront about the CTC I was expecting. I quoted a figure after some research. the next I heard from them the same day was that they had already made offers to some who were due to join the company and that they would consider me if the people who had offers didn't join them on the date of joining. Seemed like they don't have an HR and hence no formal recruitment process in place.

three rounds. All of them were nice. Good people. Good conversation. Holistic Experience. Everything was smooth and simple. They asked good questions, from my profile and work I had done. They also made the role quite clear during the process

The interview was very short, co.prosong of 20 minutes, one panelist, about five questions. It wasn't stressful and interviewer was keen to know me. She was well prepared and assessed me based on the knowledge of industry
