Sam's Club Part-Time Cafe Associate interview questions

A representative from the store called me to set up an interview. On the day of the interview, I was told to go to the membership desk and let them know that I was there for an interview. When I made it there, I was told to wait by the Cafe until they were ready to sit down and start. This took a little bit because it was a pretty busy time during the day, but soon three Leads came up and took me to the back of the store, to their training room. I was asked to verify my information that I filled out online and sign each form. Then, I was asked a series of three questions, that they each chose from a set of two. They were mostly situation questions; ex. "Describe a time that you went out of your way to please a customer. What was the situation and the outcome?" After answering their questions, they asked me if I had any myself. After that, they left the room to "score" the answers that I have given them and came back to tell me that they were willing to proceed with the hiring process. I was given a form to fill out for a background check and a form to take to get a drug test within 24 hours.
