I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salt Lending Holdings (Denver, CO) in Jun 2019
Interview
I initially had a 30 minute phone with the Director of Community Support and the People Operations Manager. They were both incredibly pleasant. We went through some questions on my background, experience, and why I would be a good fit. I was then invited for an in person interview the next week. I had 2 interviews with groups of 3 people each. Everyone I interacted with was amazing and so happy. You can clearly tell this is a great group of people who care about the work they're doing. They even gave me a La Croix! I was asked thoughtful questions about my experience and how I could contribute to this role. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with everyone and felt extremely welcome.
