Interview
Asked me about my classes in school and some questions about hobbies. Most of the interview, they told me about what I would be doing. Really casual. After talking with my future boss, I talked with a few other people that worked at the company. They asked some questions too (basic interview questions). I was at ease.

Interview
Interviewed twice with multiple groups of people. Hired on as a consultant before going full-time. Had to ask for full-time employment when I got to the point where I was going to leave without an offer, and they said yes. Everyone is really smart and friendly and wants you to succeed, very open culture.
