The process was very detailed and there was a 2 step process.
The negotiations were fair at the time of the interview - however later their promises were not followed through on.

Phone screen and 2 follow up interviews. One was via FaceTime and the via phone. It was very personable and laid back. Be prepared to answer a lot of situational questions.

The interview was about 45 minutes. They asked in depth interview questions regarding my experience as a manager, customer service, time management, my coaching style,, etc. The hiring manager was pleasant.
