Management was very relaxed, understanding and concerned with my level of comfort during the entire interviewing process. They asked questions to better understand what kind of job I was looking for and tried to ensure that working for their company would benefit both me and the company.

The interview was very fluid and open. The conversation was well balanced on both sides. They had good questions for me and were open about any questions I had for them.
