Interview
Recruiter called about two weeks after applying to briefly discuss motivation and salary indication. In the same call, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager and a LnD coordinator. Final interview involved an onsite presentation to the hiring manager and HR BP.
Overall it was a pleasant experience until the final interview (16+ hours of preparation), Almost a month after final, I got a generic, automated email that they were not moving forward with my application. Despite requesting a more in-depth feedback, I received no response. The process after each stage also took fairly long. It's evident that the hiring team couldn't handle the workload.
To the recruiters: If you believe in treating candidates with respect, it might better to close the vacancy once you have enough qualified applicants in the pipeline. But based on my experience, it seems that providing a good candidate experience is not a priority for you.

Interview
First I had a phone screen interview with HR (questions about my background, my salary expectations, and my availability). The second step was with the line Manager and one of the project managers of the team.
