I applied through university. I interviewed at Saks Fifth Avenue Stores (SFA)
Interview
Two, thirty minute interviews. The questions were mostly situational based, asking about previous work experience and information that was on my resume. Both interviewers were extremely nice!
I applied online. I interviewed at Saks Fifth Avenue Stores (SFA) (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
First the recruiter will give you a 15 minute introductory call; Then there are 2 separate phone interviews from Buyers/Sellers 30 minutes in length each. Mainly ask you how you have contributed to your campus and ask you to give an example of a time when you had to solve a problem in a team work environment.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saks Fifth Avenue Stores (SFA) (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Had an informational interview beforehand, applied, received an employee referral, heard back within a week for a first round interview/phone screening with a recruiter, heard back within 3 days from HR saying that I moved onto the second round interview with a current Buyer/Planner, interviewed the next week, heard back the day after the interview. Quick turn around and very efficient process once you receive an interview.

Interview
Two part interview- one part with a person in HR and one part with a buyer. Both are personable and ask a lot of behavioral questions. I found that overall it was a positive experience and not an intimidating atmosphere.
