Telephone interview with both my future Subsea Engineering Manager and his superior (Flowline & Pipeline System Department Manager). Very professional, polite, informal and relaxed. Discussion was a recap of my experience and what relevant experience I could offer to the two projects I would be working on. An explanation of what the work would involve. Discussion of the timescale and status of both projects. Outline of the team members I would be working with. After a successful interview there was a problem with the first Recruitment Agent, such that I was forced to do the unusual step of changing Recruitment Agents. Things moved very much quicker after that and the job was secured within a week after that.
