Very thorough. Not only interviewed with my direct supervisor, but also the College President and the Chancellor of the College in separate meetings. It was a day long interview which also included meeting various other team members, a campus tour and lunch.

Hiring was by word of mouth. I heard about the position from a network of professional friends. The interview was simple and to the point. The biggest concern was their fear that I would fire someone right away. They made it clear: don't fire anyone.
