I had an interview with the HR manager. At the time, around 3 months ago, I was a new industrial engineering graduate with no prior professional experience. The manager said that the person they are looking is needed to have at least couple of years experience as they are looking for some sort of a team leader. Therefore, I did not get an offer. She was pretty kind.
