Spoke to customer services that I was there for an interview. Got taken into staff meeting room for 1-1 interview and was asked simple questions. Wasn't a bad experience, wait was 1 day til I got a call for the job.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (London, England)
Interview
It’s a straightforward process. It starts with a short online assessment test. If you clear that, you’ll be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager.
Once the interview is completed successfully, you’ll receive a link for the Right to Work check and an email with login details for your first day.
On your first day, you’ll complete around 3 hours of online induction modules, after which you’ll be placed on the shop floor and work alongside senior staff for guidance and support.

The interview process was straightforward, focusing on instances where you demonstrated initiative and leadership skills. They inquired about your job history and education, and the conversation was not overly formal. It was about 10-15 minutes, and if you are offered the job they get back to you within a few days.

Question 1
They asked a time when you could demonstrate initiative
Super easy, sat in the staff room then was taken into the managers room. Just a very casual chat about why the company, why this role, previous job roles, working as a team etc.
