Very quick and informal easy and calm interview.. was put at ease by store manager while he asked questions like “what would you do in this case” or “how would you deal with this customer”
It was quick and just a chat in the managers office. Important to be as available as possible. Why’s this word count so long? There was quite a few scenario questions and they got back to me quickly
I had a telephone interview initially followed by a face to face interview lasting approximately 1 hour. The telephone interview asked more generic questions and had different hiring personnel to the face to face interview. I met my line manager at the face to face interview stage and one other colleague.
Streamlined process with great communication with the interviewers/hr team. Competency questions, as well as simple math test to ensure you could work the tills. Friendly people. Group interview with one other person, plus a larger tour of the store.
