Sagemax Bioceramics interview questions

Was interviewed by two managers, pretty standard start but questions became very analytical. Much of it was focused on critical thinking and solving situations. Took around 35 minutes or so, I was in a stage1 interview. Got a tour of the facilities and was much bigger than I thought.
