One on one, fair and to the point. We did multiple interviews with different people. It felt like they wanted to know more so me as a person than my skill level.
Simple process. Dealt with hiring manager from day 1, no HR facilitating. Quick process. From 1st contact about a job interview to decision made was about 3 weeks. I did 1 phone call interview and then an in person visit. Touring the facility was great.
