The first stage is a video interview, asking some behaviour questions, which lasted for around an hour. Two interviewers will ask questions in turns. They would probably be coming from your potential department to work for in your employment. The second stage is an assessment day, including 3 rounds of exercise. 1. Presentation and interview, a topic was given and you will deliver a presentation for 20 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. 2. Written test, topic would be given, most likely would be a situation for drafting emails. 3. Discussion, a table top exercise
