Very formulaic. Very basic interview questions with a standardized response. They expect you to answer each question with : What was your thought process, why did you do what you did, did it work, how could you have improved upon it, and what you learned. It was a group panel interview, but all the interviewers were friendly and it was a fairly easy interview overall.

Interview
Friendly, amiable conversations between myself and several procurement managers. The interview began with gauging personality, then moved on to career goals and job-specific experience and skills. The questions were not intimidating but were still valuable.
