Interview
I applied for the position online at vons.com (I worked for Vons division). I was scheduled for an interview by the assistant manager. On the day of my interview, I met with the store manager and was asked fairly standard interview questions. I answered them to the best of my ability and was offered a job on the spot.
Because I was hired on the spot, I was required to take the cotton swab drug test right then and there. Just a heads up for anyone.
In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safeway (Pueblo, CO) in Feb 2025
Interview
They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
