No technical questions relating to WHS Act - or legal requirements. Interview process was far to focussed around "touchy, feely" behavioural HR dribble. To improve - they should ditch the HR bafoons and have actual inspectors on the panel asking questions that are actually relevant to safety in the field.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SafeWork NSW (Sydney) in Feb 2025
