Safe Horizon interview questions

First I had a phone screen, then a zoom call with the supervisor, and finally a zoom call with the director. I feel like they went well, and I was told that I would hear from HR soon and they did tell me that it was a slow process. I wasn't expecting to be kept waiting for over a month, I ended up having to take another position elsewhere because I needed income. They got back to me a couple of days after I started my new job.

Many questions, informative. Looking for passionate people not just someone after a paycheck they ask questions like why do you wanna work there? Scenario questions and how you would manage a team etc...
