Saddleback College interview questions

The process was very straightforward, involving multiple rounds with department personnel asking questions about background, qualifications, and role-playing to assess suitability for the role. I would recommend this process. I've hit the 30 word mark

I attended Saddleback College when I was an undergraduate an maintained relationships with faculty. I contacted them as soon as I began my graduate program and asked they would inform me if a position ever opened up. This faculty member emailed me months later and connected me with the department chair for an in-person interview.
