I was begged to accept the position , they were telling all kind of bull about how much growth this hospital will have and that they are the best psych hospital in town ( i am laughing)

Interview
Talked to numerous persons many of whom were completely unrelated to nursing at all. Very chaotic and a work in process. Newly accredited and no firm guidelines or policies in place. Big plans but very small operation. Only 22 beds at time of interview. Gave impression they were floundering a good bit.
